What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

We recognize the fears and intimidations that come along with CrossFit. But we fully endorse CrossFit because of its potency and measurable effectiveness.

At CrossFit MLL, your safety and well-being is our number one priority. It’s in our DNA. For us, proper movement is foundational and comes before everything else. Our coaches and staff understand kinesiology and are vigilant in their assessment and observation of every resident of our village.

For us, it’s more than just about safety. We know that long term success only happens when we stack strength and conditioning work on top of good movement patterns and habits. You can count on us to not just make sure you’re moving often, but that you’re moving better than you ever have before.
